On March 3, Wuhan Transport Bureau issued a notice saying that HelloBike had illegally dropped an electric bike in Wuhan without going through the licensing formalities. The Wuhan Transport Bureau issued a notice for rectification.

There are 1,000 electric bike in Qingshan, Donghugaoxin, Jiangxia and Dunkou etc.

Wuhan Transport Bureau said that HelloBike is required to stop the illegal operation immediately, and on March 3 before 17:00, the electric bike has been withdrawn, the deadline for rectification.

Currently, HelloBike has responded that due to traffic control and urgent demand for medical commuting, vehicles have not completed the regular reporting process under the circumstances. At present, according to the requirements of the vehicle gathering and other work, HelloBike will actively communicate to seek the way comback.

According to GPLP resource, HelloBike APP has no longer available in the Apple store.

In response, HelloBike said that APP downloads were affected mainly by technical debugging and were expected to resume soon, for users already downloaded and all other channels unaffected.
