On the evening of March 19, Alibaba Pictures announced that Alibaba pictures (Zhejiang), a subsidiary of the merger, had entered into an equity transfer agreement with investor shareholders, founding shareholders, founders, Youku information and Tianjin YinheKuyu Media.
According to the agreement, Alibaba pictures (Zhejiang), a subsidiary, plans to acquire 60% of the equity of Tianjin YinheKuyu Media for no more than 400 million yuan. After the completion of the transaction, Alibaba Pictures and Youku information, the related party, respectively hold 60% and 20% of the equity of Tianjin YinheKuyu Media, which will become a subsidiary of Alibaba pictures.
